Hi there, I just saw you said you did not receive your pants. My end shows they were delivered to your home 3 days ago. Have you contacted Posh? I will be contacting them also to try to figured this out? I shipped them the day after the order and have the tracking information. I will try to help you get to the bottom of this.

@recycledfun Hey! It wasn’t your fault. They were delivered to an old address. I updated my address on posh right before purchasing, but I think you still saw my old info. I’ve gotten in contact with USPS, and they said the package was forwarded, because I have the correct address on their website. Then I checked yesterday and it said that they were returned to sender. I’m more than willing to pay the shipping again to have the pants! Please see what Posh says, thanks!

@dbull10 I have been in contact with Posh. They should be paying for a new shipping label as they sent me the label to send the pants to. I have not received them back at this point but as soon as I get them back I will again contact Posh and re-send them to you when they give me a label with the “correct” address. We will get it worked out for sure, unfortunately it is going to take a lot longer than expected for you to receive your purchase 😩

Hi! Looks like Posh continues to use my old address for some reason. I've reached out to them. Unfortunately it will not let me change the address attached to this order, although my shipping address has been updated since before the order to: 23559 Waterford Downs Terrace, Ashburn, VA 20148
Please hold tight on shipping until Posh shares the correct info. Hopefully this is just a delay in their internal system, and you have this address already. Thanks!
