gigidesigns I am upset about the customer who bought a brand new item and left me a two star rating, ruining my 5 star record. I want to know how she thinks I can improve when she purchased a new item with discount, I packaged it very nicely and thats the thanks I get. There is no recourse and it sucks I have a bad rating for no good reason.

elisetreasures So sorry that you got a two star rating for no apparent reason. It happens to all of us. There are so many different reasons why people give such ratings and most of them are so rediculas. I know its fustrating but hang in there. i can asure you that most buyers will not give out rating like that. You are the only one that can see that rating. Future customers can not see your ratings. Your sales will not be affected by this, so don't worry.

elisetreasures @nroney1 Hello. I received the ship message from Poshmark and you. I scheduled a package pick up for USPS last Monday. I was sent a message from USPS that the attempt was unsuccessful. So unfortunately that means someone took the packages. I was hopping it was an innocent mistake. But it seems it wasn't. I will contact Posh if it doesn't show tracking by Sunday. Sorry for the inconvenience. I know you were excited about your package.

So I just waned to update you incase you didn't receive a message from them. I know you were super excited about your package. The package was never returned to me. Who ever took it must Have felt guilty and did the right thing.
