But all my items are 1000% authentic. you can see my feedback. But i want you to decide on what is right for you. I just wanted to save both you and I money - thats all.

@dgschell2 the bag will go to posh authenticate first, and that normally takes like 1 week for them to receive it and then authenticate it, then they turn around and send it to you. They will provide tracking details.

If you can please accept the package on the posh app so the money can get released by poshmark - it is kindly appreciated. Again I’m so sorry , but it was out of my hands because posh authenticate sent you this item on their end 👌🏻

@dezignerbagz1 — thanks. As I stated when Poshmark emailed me, the bag has some kind of residue all over it. I’m sure I can send it out to have it cleaned, but obviously a bag at this price shouldn’t have this issue and I fully expect it to be corrected.

@dgschell2 Thank you for responding,. Residue? This bag& all item we sell are fully inspected & described accurately. As you can see, we have over 600 items listed on here. If there was such a thing, we would have described it. The bag is preowned , and we have videos and extra photos of the bag prior to shipping. Posh approved the sale, & when they do that, they are approving the item being sold. If this bag had residue, they wouldn't had approved it. May I ask, what your expecting posh to do?

@dezignerbagz1 — not sure what you want me to do. There is a residue on the handbag, almost as if it got lotion or hairspray on it. Something oily. I’ll tell you what we’re not going to do — act like I’m a liar. As I notated to Poshmark, the bag has a residue on it that was obviously not described when I agreed to purchase it. I will continue to communicate with Poshmark and they can keep you posted.

@dgschell2 I never said your a liar . But we video tape EVERY item we sell prior to shipment , and if their is something oily on it - can you not wipe it off ? We’ve never ever had a case opened on our items we sell . Poshmark knows this. We have not yet seen a pic of what your describing .
We have sold thousands of designer bags. Hope they can resolve what you are wanting them to do for you . And hope it’s something reasonable as we know we sold you a top notch item that sells for $4000 +
