sandiegosusan Hi Derrick, this is Susan. You purchased a pair of Nike jogger pants from me yesterday and unfortunately I had listed them as XL but they are actually XXL. They do have an adjustable waist, and in the interior of the ad the measurements are correct, I just made an error in the main title. I'm going to hold these until I hear from you tot let me know if your would like a complete refund, which I would happily do, or if you would like me to go ahead and send them. So sorry, Susan
