dianajmt33 @derrickscott129 it’s brand new there shouldn’t be any issues: try the following: Hold down the power button for at least 7 seconds and it should come on. To charge: Plug the included charging dock into an electrical outlet. Place your fitness band on the dock so the 4 charging terminals on the back touch the 4 charging terminals on the dock.

dianajmt33 @derrickscott129 Or try this: maybe thevgear fit needs to be reset. When it is plugged in try and hold all the buttons on it at the same time for at least 30 seconds. See if any of those things work. When I first got mine I had a similar issue and then never had problems again.
