i apologize for the areas of concern you had. you raised several good points, particularly about the inside out envelope. this is not an excuse, however it is worth noting that my husband packaged this for me as I was out if town. i would love the opportunity to make it up to you, if there is anything else in my closet you are interested in, I will give you a great discount and of course, package it appropriately. please know that I value you and wish this had been a better experience for you.
