I'm actually going to contact Poshmark about this, too, because I want to alert them of the situation that somewhere along the way their system marked it delivered way too fast. And I might visit the post office to see what's going on. I've never heard of a package being delivered 2 hours after I dropped it off and had it scanned. They're not that fast ha!

msbutrfly007 I have a customer stating she received two orders; hers and a 2nd and that 2nd one looks to be yours. I'm so confused and at this point just wanting to let you know what I know. Your package actually shows still in transit which in itself is weird. I ship one package at a time so I have NO CLUE how this is possible. But regardless you'll be receiving a package or your money once I get ahold of Poshmark and figure this out.

designerjewels @msbutrfly007 so strange! I haven't received my order yet and was wondering why it would take so long bc it showed you shipped it out right away. This must be a USPS problem. It still shows in transit on my end too. Let me know if you find anything out from Poshmark. I wonder how it would've made it to another address?! So weird!

msbutrfly007 And what's really odd is her order was days before yours and she received it. Once I ship an order I delete email so I can keep track of orders. Plus on your order I had to request a heavier weight label. It's all so weird! But thank you for your understanding and I'll get this resolved!

designerjewels @msbutrfly007 it now says it's in transit again to the next facility. Did the person who received it send it back out again? I'm so confused and haven't heard any updates from Poshmark.

msbutrfly007 @designerjewels Not yet because I've contacted Poshmark in order to get a return label issued but they have yet to reply. I have my receipt from the post office showing a package weighing 7lbs was mailed to you and I don't understand what else could be in that box. So I'm thinking we need to wait for it to get delivered first and go from there.

designerjewels @msbutrfly007 sounds good! My only concern is I'm leaving town for work soon and will have to have another family member deal with the package when it comes bc I won't be around to get it. It's not a big deal, I just apologize for that kink in advance. :)

msbutrfly007 @designerjewels Poshmark got back with me and they said because your package shows tracking they can't do anything just yet. USPS considers a package lost 15 days after shipment for Priority Mail so I'll be contacting them as well on the 31st if it still has yet to arrive at which time Poshmark should at least refund you, then we'll go from there.

Her order was placed days before yours(she's in NY) and shipped days before yours, then she's sends kind of an odd message stating she has two boxes and based on the description it would appear to be your order but I have no real confirmation of that. Maybe she's confused. I know I am😜
