Hi! I'm Desiray. I started being a posher because I’m working toward funding my non profit 4 Him Ministries. I believe in showing everyone Christ’s love through action. Currently, we are providing a homeless backpack ministry and a Bible ministry to jails and prisons. Every purchase counts ❤️

daw8887 @lisamoskal hello. I do have a question for you if you don’t mind. I accidentally sent the wrong backpack for an order and I’m not sure how to handle it. I do have the correct backpack and would like to make it right. How do you handle an issue like this?

lisamoskal @daw8887 There are a number of ways...and unfortunately they all cost YOU... but we've all been there... I would contact the buyer first and see if they would like to keep the backpack and "repurchase" the correct one at a deep deep discount or like for $1... OR have them start a "return" process, where you will pay return shipping and then posh will send you another label to send the correct one.

lisamoskal shipping label...of course that amount comes off your commission, sadly...but you have to make it right for the buyer... does this make sense? Posh will moniter your conversation, and the best cases are the ones that you and the buyer work out together.... I've only had one incident where a buyer just didn't want to work with me no matter what I offered, so POSH stepped in and "made the ruling"... fortunate for me it was in my favor-- does any of this help?
