loridoyle5 @dezzy178 how do you handle a refund on the part that wasnt included because of damage? Ive never had anything like that before?

dezzy178 @loridoyle5 I've never had it happen either. I actually included a note in your order. I had to look it up on poshmark's policy. Since all sales are final and I didn't notice it until after I was about to package up your order, you'll have to request the refund when you receive the package. Saying that it was undisclosed damage. Then they will send you a label to send the palette back to me and they will issue the refund. I thought I would be able to do it. Sorry it's such a hassle

loridoyle5 @dezzy178 uh.. I thought if there was damage. etc and I send a request.. I have to send it ALL back for a full refund.. no option of partial refund. I hope this doesnt become a headache.

dezzy178 @loridoyle5 im honestly not 100% sure. I've never had this happen before. I'm thought if you purchased a bundle you could just return the one item. If one item was damaged in transit for example..I doubt they would make you send it all back. I'll do anything I can to make it easy! I apologize for the hassle and inconvenience

loridoyle5 @dezzy178 Received the order.. Where to begin.... I SO wish,, since you knew it was broken,, you would have put it in a zip lock baggie before shipping,, as it made a mess over the entire box and more so when I was unpacking it.. Secondly.. this isnt even the item that is described and pictured,, I was buying the highlight and sculpt,, what was sent was the lift and sculpt. two totally different colors.

dezzy178 hi! I'm so sorry I just now saw this. My phone was messing up really bad and I had to get a new one. I'm so sorry about this whole situation. honestly I've never received a broken package so I had no idea that it was going to explode the way that it did. I just didn't feel the need to take the Care to pack it all up if it was broken anyway. I'm so sorry! If you haven't mailed my stuff back yet just keep it! And you can keep your refund

dezzy178 @loridoyle5 just send the empty box so USPS can scan it in that I received it. I feel so horrible about this whole situation! I'm so sorry that it was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

dezzy178 @loridoyle5 honestly I had no idea there was a difference between the lift and sculpt and the highlight and sculpt palette. I didn't even know they carried two different palettes with those names.. sorry I can only post a certain amount of characters per comment so I had to leave multiple comments

loridoyle5 @dezzy178 I have already sent it back,,, because after PoshMark makes a decision, the buyer has only 2 days to send something back for a refund, or I receive nothing at all. I wasnt hearing anything further from poshmark or you,, so I felt I had no other choice.
