desinurse @amartin12294 hi, you're actually not the first to send me a message about the seller. Yes, I did get the bag in... eventually. I had to report them and attempted time after time to get them to reply. When my bag finally came in, it was a mess. Super glue was used in the handle and pieces of the hardware were missing. The bag was ruined. Maybe it's a sign you should hold onto your money and find something actually worth it. Sorry this happened to you and I hope this helped.
