miriamflshop Desiree: I am surprised the DKNY bag you purchased arrived in bad shape. I can guarantee this bag was clean and in mint condition when I took the package to the local shipping place to be prepared and sent out. If you are not happy with this purchase, Feel free to contact Posh Mark & request purchase cancellation. About communications, I usually respond right away but sadly, I had a family loss last week and busy @ the hospital & consequently attending her funeral.

desireed24 @miriamflshop Hello Miriam, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Truly. But that bag was not in mint condition at all. rust/tarnishing on the feet don't just happen from a bad shipment. It happens mainly from not taking proper care of the bag itself. The rest of the bag was in pretty okay condition and for that reason, I decided to clean it up and keep it. I'm more upset about the feet than anything else tbh.
