cocobellechic Hi I left you a few messages regarding my order I purchased. The Booties are great, the sneakers are too big and marked a 37 EU which is a 7 not a 6. Do you have a true 6? EU 36? If not, I need to return bc they are way too big.. you told me they were a 6.. a EU 37 is not a US 6.. please let me know what we can to to resolve! Thnx!

That's manufacturer error, if it is, and out of my hands. Will b tomorrow night or Friday to check. Either way If they are too big that's fine return them, no worries. Open a case with poshmark. 🙂

cocobellechic @cnfssnbtq hi a true 6 will fit me bit it has to be marked 36 not 37. I was sent a 37 which is not a 6. Even your size chart shows 37 is a 6.5 or 7? Actually in Europe a 37 is a US 7. Poshmark offered me $15 to keep the sneakers but I have no use for them since they don’t fit. They also said I need to return the Booties which fit and I did not want to. So I’m not sure what to do? I have an email into them bc I shouldn’t have to return both items bc of one. Any suggestions? Thnx.

After a dozen emails back and forth with them they want me to still send you back the Booties which I wanted to keep all along. Instead of me sending them back, paying for shipping again and then you reselling them to me, can I Vnmo the $ to you? This would be so much easier & I won’t be spending additional $$ on shipping.
