yagade9903 Hi Desiree! I'm sorry to hear that the eyeshadow broke during delivery. I have sold these type of products before and they arrive safely. I wrapped it the same way I did with previous orders.🙅 Maybe it had to do with USPS being so busy right now and rushing on their deliveries. Unfortunately I have no control on how they handle their packages. Thank you for your comment.😊
