40hiddenfinds I am so sorry about the issue with the egg kit. I don’t know what happened but you’re not the first person to say that with the other kids that I have sold. I can’t refund part of your money but I can certainly offer you a $10 credit towards anything else in my closet that you might like. serrano_desirey @40hiddenfinds If that’s happened before, I suggest you check before shipping out. I’ve always shopped from Poshmark before and this has never happened. I’m greatly disappointed. I intendedly bought the kit so I can use my UGG boots ASAP. I was going to clean them now to use them tomorrow morning and turns out my kit is incomplete. I’m sorry I don’t like your offer, I will be reporting to Poshmark.

40hiddenfinds @serrano_desirey I don’t disagree however I sold a number of them all about the same time and was not aware of this being a problem until after they had all shipped and comments started coming in. I bought them al brand new and had no reason to believe they weren’t as stated or a need to open them all to check them. Again I apologize.
