attire_on Hi Desirrae, first I want to apologize. I should have contacted USPS sooner about your delivery. I called them today and we now have a case open with them. I haven't lost a package yet before so bear with me on the details. They state I can get a call within 1-3 business days from a supervisor - we have a case opened for the delay. The case number is 03984253 and the number I called is 800.275.8777. I just want to make sure you are aware that I am working on this. I thank you for your patience

attire_on You're post office just called. They say you "should" get it tomorrow. I will keep an eye on tracking. they blamed it on the holiday as well as the increase in holiday shipping already.
