threads4living Hi, I wanted to warn you that the Chrome Hearts Jacket you purchased is from a scam account. There are already scam remarks on many of the items from the closet. The scammers are horrible on Poshmark. Didn't have any of this a year ago. I'm not sure why this is still a problem. It's frustrating. Always look at the sellers profile. Any reviews/love notes from customers? If it's a new account with zero feedback from buyers, then do not purchase from that closet.

threads4living What you need to do is go to your purchase and scroll down to the very bottom and click on Problems/Inquiries. If it's been past the 7 days ship time, you will have the option tocancel your order. If that's not the case then message Poshmark support asap and explain that you purchased from a scam account. Ask them to investigate the closet. You should get your refund. I'm just hoping the scammers don't get paid anything. 😕
