I’m sorry your order wasn’t delivered. It showed that it was tracking, so I had shipped it. Once it is dropped off at the post office it is out of my hands. Shipping is updated in the system via USPS and it does show in fact that I dropped the item off at the post office and it was in progress to your home. Next time that happens you need to contact poshmark support before they release the payment to the seller. I’m sorry that happened to you.

It wasn’t my fault that it wasn’t received, it must have been an error on velar of USPS, giving me a poor rating/ review is unnecessary as I did my part by shipping your item immediately. Tarnishing my poshmark reputation is unnecessary
