rabidvelvetvtg Hi there! I was just informed by another buyer that I accidentally mixed up your package with your boots with her dress. You will be receiving the wrong item! I have never mixed a package up before but I know that Posh will send you a new label to send it to the other buyer and she will get the same. I am so sorry about this.

deeleann5196 @4everfunky I asked the question in the additional comments of my first rating on the boots. Not sure how you missed it since you responded to the updated rating so quickly. I feel the rating is fair when I receive brand new boots with a tacky, greasy residue all over them and then get no response on how to get rid of it!

4everfunky @deeleann5196 I am being honest. I still don’t see the question. Anyway, try rubbing alcohol. Don’t use any kind of household cleaner if it’s close to the leather! Let me know if that works.
