modacouture Hi Devan, this is @Modacouture you purchased a Kendra Scott white beaded necklace over a week ago. For some weird reason the usps decided to return it back to me stating your address was incomplete however box arrived open and item missing I have an empty box 😔. You didn’t by chance receive it and ship box in error? Thought I’d ask before filing a formal complaint. So sorry about this. Completely out of my control.

modacouture @txpinkydoo problem is. The necklace didn’t arrive in the box 📦. I literally received an empty box. Looks like box was tampered with. I have already sent Poshmark pictures. Twice 😔. So I am literally out a necklace. Thanks usps...

modacouture @txpinkydoo I’m so very sorry. No idea what’s up with USPS but that is tampering and for them to simply just send back after over a week. Is unacceptable. Poshmark should have flagged the Incomplete address So sorry. I’ve usually had pretty good luck with my orders arriving as quickly as I mail them (same day) or wishing 3 days tops. But lately they are running over 7-9 days. It sucks.
