Hello, I wanted to touch base with you about your order. I shipped your shoes several days ago but I am concerned because they still have not started tracking. I have had 2 other packages lost at the post office where I ship but both times the packages were located so your shoes will most likely be found. However, I know you are probably anticipating the arrival of your shoes so I have a couple different options for you.

I can cancel the order and reship it to you when and if the post office locates it. Or, you can select something else from my page and I can send it to you in place of this order. Since it hasn't been scanned into the system yet the old label will still work to send it to you. The shoes you purchased were $18 so if you want you can pick anything up to $36, twice the value of the shoes and I will send it to you in place of the shoes.

The third option is to just cancel the order completely. I sincerely apologize about this, I feel terrible. I just don't want to keep you waiting anymore. Let me know what you want me to do and I will get it done today whichever option that you choose.
