I ordered one of your hoodies and paid for it and was waiting for it to be shipped and all the sudden I got a message that my order was canceled that my money is going to be refunded to my car and the hoodie says sold I don't understand what happened I wanted it really really bad can you please tell me what happened or if I can still get it
