l am very sorry you haven't received this PANDORA bracelet, on July 3rd l dropped off the package. l have contacted the post office and said that it could be because of the pandemic, as they still haven't got all their staff up to date. l have dropped off other packages at the same time and after that time and they have received there items. l was told to wait 3 more days. l am very sorry. Let me know if you don't receive it soon ☺️

They have asked me to contact you as they want the sender to generate a ticket, basically file for a complaint as they are still unable to track the package. They also require some information from you. Can you please contact their customer service. Thanks! Please inform them that the receiver has already filed a complaint and generated a ticket. Thanks!

@annemariemoore1 hey! So the package is lost but shows as delivered. I had filed a complaint with Canada post. They have asked me to contact the seller as you can initiate the refund request. Please contact them and get this sorted please. I am also contacting the Poshmark team and requesting a refund. Thanks!

@devy3277 Again I am really sorry, l bring all my items right to the post office This is the 3 Rd item they have lost. Canada Post didn't have an answer, said must be lost. l have another bracelet if you want to try again.😃

@annemariemoore1 i understand but I strongly suggest you initiate the refund process. I don’t want to pay extra for the other bracelet. If they refund, can you please have Poshmark refund me the amount? Please and thanks! I was looking for a silver bracelet in particular.
