ockhouse @djoyce81 - hello! I am the person you bought the Van's from. I just wanted to clear up a couple of things. I did mention in the narrative the boots were listed as a woman's 8.5 but that they fit closer to a 9 (because they were way too big for me, I am an 8.5 to 9) so I listed them as a 9, with the caveat in the narrative.

ockhouse @djoyce81 - secondly, I did wash the shoes, several times! I wash, clean press everything to the best of my ability before I send it off, I take pride in that. If you are not satisfied you can send the shoes back to the address listed on the shipping label and I will reimburse you, and reimburse you for shipping. Than you, Liz

djoyce81 @ockhouse I am sorry if my review of the shoes upset you in any way, that was not my intention at all. I was just being honest. I wear a size 9 in all my shoes. you stated the shoe was closer to a nine and I don't find that to be true at all not even close.

djoyce81 @ockhouse I ran a wipe around the edges and they are cleaner now. I will not send them back in hopes that you will reimburse for what I payed plus shipping plus the cost to send them back, I will just take this a lesson learned and I will not be purchasing from your closet anymore.
