mona410 I received a low ball offer for my Old Navy dress & I searched high n low for another that was same or similar & in same condition, which is Excellent/New/Like-new. You happen to have it. My post was truly to introduce you two since I wasn't the right seller for her. I looked at your closet n stats n summed up that you are a no-nonsense seller, wouldn't accept a low ball offer if she offered one & perhaps negotiate better than i did. I honestly thought, lesson learned for her & a sale for you.

diahannbeauty @niecey212 I’m not quite sure what is going on because they didn’t communicate if the return is just one item or all the items in the bundle. once your return comes to me you are refunded all your money And if I am supposed to send anything back you would I have to re-purchase the item or items because that would be a new shipping fee and I am sure they’re charging me just to have you send that one item or items back to me. Their communication sucks!

niecey212 @diahannbeauty I see. It makes no sense. I just said the item was wrong. I would have thought that they would just communicate with you on the return process. And then let me know what I need to do. However, I did send an email to the support department. Just to see if I can just send the one piece back. I’ll see if I get a response before Friday.

diahannbeauty @niecey212 upon reading an email that I received poshmark is requesting that you return the entire order and re-purchase the items. If you’ve worn the new products you could keep the the items but notify poshmark so they can release payment and purchase the black coverup. Or if you didn’t wear them you can just return everything. I know it’s a head ache but they won’t let you return The one item by it self. This is a new experience sorry for the mixup
