andyneptune I just got the sapphire and diamond ring and I believe there is a bit of an issue. I think the ring is plated and not real. There is a huge scuff on the ring where the gold is rubbed off with black underneath as well as in the shank of the ring. I am going to need to send this back. Pleases let me know what I should do. Thanks.

grimsleysjewels @andyneptune Hello. The ring is 100% solid gold. It has been cut, acid tested and verified where it is an Estate piece. After testing, we polish the ring with a buffer and rouge. It sounds like the black rouge wasn't fully polished off. It can be removed with soap and water or gently brushed with a toothbrush. A plated (or rolled) piece would not have black showing. If a ring is plated, copper, nickel or silver would show through.

I love the ring so thank you for helping with this!!!!! the small little scuff area in the sapphire is manageable - as I'm sure it's an old stone.

Your package was dropped off after I closed on Saturday (USPS doesn’t pick up packages at the store on Saturdays 😕). I put it in the parcel drop in the lobby. I’m pretty sure the pickup times are M-F at 12:30 & 3:45pm. I’ll check tracking, it should have definitely been scanned by now. 😊

grimsleysjewels @5fer1 Hello! I’m not sure about a bundle, the only thing that showed on my end was the 2 offers that I accepted. When an offer comes to a seller, the only options we have are to accept, decline, or counter. Poshmark doesn’t show the seller the amount being charged for shipping, so I’m not sure what shipping amount you paid. I had just reduced the prices, so Poshmark May have given you the $4.99 shipping.

I left at 6am Saturday morning and payment had yet to be received, so I could not ship it with the rest of my packages. I can not ship until payment is received and Posh sends me a label. The Poppy bag will have to be donated to Goodwill considering the horrible condition and all the cracks and splits in the Strap. The larger red bag has a noticeable stain with a larger ring around from a cleaning attempt.

grimsleysjewels @cinnamon_dolce If possible, would you cancel your claim? It’s still active and Poshmark could decide to accept it and they’d require you to send it back. I think if you go to My Purchases, click on Case in Review, you have the option to cancel the claim. I bet you’ll be getting lots of compliments out of that beauty!! I know you’ll be turning heads!! 💎

michellehug Full eternity and only rubies. Round or princess cut is fine. Any metal is fine, but white gold is preferred. Nothing too thin (sorry, I'm unsure of carat weight).
