dmr7777 The payment is delayed because when I received them they are not a true size 9. I called Johnny was and one of the representatives confirmed to me they are more like and 8.5. I asked them if the size 39 is a size 9 and they told me no it is the size 40. That is why I asked you twice if they would fit a size 9. They are beautiful boots but there is no use having beautiful boots that are not a true size 9 that don't fit. I am a true size 9. I tried to message you about this.
