ago77 @dphatch I just checked USPS tracking and it says a new label was created. Poshmark sent me an email stating that they sent you a new label. I mentioned the package was probably lost but they ignored my comment..they have handled this very poorly.. I think you would agree. I appreciate your concern and follow up most individuals would not be bothered especially after receiving payment. Thank you

dphatch @ago77 oh my gosh, I am so sorry to hear that! I emailed them explaining what seems to have happened and said they shouldn't charge you. This is so frustrating! I will let you know what they say, but hopefully they will communicate that to you, too

ago77 Exactly.. I suspect it’s lost. Our mail system is very unreliable.. I have had so many issues. This is not a crisis.. Poshmark should simply refund me for the item and as you and I agreed I would simply repurchase if you would ever receive it.. but their communication system is poor. They truly do not read the content before replying.
