alwaysauthenti Hi I am sorry one item god broken. You didn’t notify us first you opened a case for both orders. Now we won’t get paid for any of the items. We could have compensated or tried to ship something else

dckarkow @alwaysauthenti I didn't know they were broken until I unwrapped them. Isn't there a way for Posh to work with us to adjust the sale? It doesn't make sense not to pay you for the other items just because one was broken. I can vouch that all others came through fine and that you appropriately labeled the packages so it's not your fault the post office didn't handle the packages appropriately

dckarkow @alwaysauthenti Because the items came as a bundle, there was no way to open a case without all items being included. I do not believe Posh will prevent you from being paid for the other items, but should they do so, I will work with you to make sure you are paid for them. Please don't be too upset just yet as I believe Posh can help us work this out.

alwaysauthenti You will get a refund and I won’t get paid. That’s how it will work. Two bundles with two open cases so I will get paid for none. I am a reseller on their site so it’s their rules. At this point I have chosen to no longer sell these on this site as I have never had bad ratings on this site and now two cases. I can’t run the risk of them closing my account. It’s a learning lesson. So I just won’t sell these here anymore.

dckarkow @alwaysauthenti That seems highly unfair to not pay you for all because one item from each set arrived broken. If Posh really does refuse to pay you for the items, then I swear I will work with you to get you paid. I would suggest creating a separate listing for something worth the amount of the two damaged mugs and price it at the amount of the two bundles. I will work with you as you deserve to be paid for the items that came through unharmed.
