sailorwife14 I'm sorry you felt like you had to give me a 4 out of 5 stars because of the manufacturer issue on the shoes. I had no problem with the strap "being loose" or I would have said so in my sale post. At least you purchased them less than my original asking price & had no issues with the transaction 😊
