hgumm Hi there! Idk if you feel that way because of height maybe? I will say I am short. I'm 5"3. I always wore this with some tall boots that added 3-4 inches for height. I felt that for me balanced the jacket out because of my height. I felt it never looked right with flats. Hope this helps!:)

deedeedoodle @hgumm Thanks! That might be just the advice I need b/c I am the same height! Any advice on what color boots, etc. seemed to work well? We have similar hair and skin tone as well. :)

hgumm @deedeedoodle I had boots that were a deep brown color. I never wore black ones. Thought black might be too harsh.
