aynjolie Hi there, as I was about to ship off your free People pants I noticed a stain on the back of the pants. I tried washing them to see if the stain will come out, but no luck. I can issue you a full refund or either I can issue you a discount of 10.00 off. I’ll also tag you in a post of the stain on the pants so you an decide what you want to do. Please let me know because I’ll be going out of town Tomorrow morning at 4:00am. I apologize for the inconvenience.

aynjolie @ladyciurea I’m not sure but I did cancel the order on my end 13 hours ago. Maybe it takes a day or two for you to receive your money, again I’m not sure. If you reach out to customer support they might be able to assist you in getting your refund.
