draeger260 Hello, Another buyer recently informed me that they received your order of the Tarte Maracuja oil. I sincerely apologize, I must have mixed up the labels before dropping the packages off at the Post Office. So you will be receiving her order of Moroccan Oil shimmering body oil. I'm currently attempting to contact Poshmark Reps to rectify this situation. I am so sorry for the delay and the confusion, I'm hoping this issue can be mitigated soon.

draeger260 @dianaebers30 You will still receive your order. However, there will be a shipping delay so the orders can be swapped. I've already contacted Poshmark (still awaiting a response), I'm hoping the solution will either be: 1.)Poshmark sends both of you a free shipping label to the other individual and you drop it off at the nearest post office. (Which would be the fastest method)

draeger260 or 2.) The items are returned to me, where I can repackage and ship the correct items to you both (with additional sample items, for the mixup) this method would take twice the shipping time though.

draeger260 Just an update: I received a response from the Poshmark Team. The other buyer is returning your item back to me. You will have to open a formal case (Wrong Item), they will then give you a shipping label. Then I can proceed to process it accordingly.

draeger260 @dianaebers30 You will have to go: Your Purchases>Click the item you purchased>Order problems/inquiries>Contact Poshmark>List the inquiry as "Wrong Item" with a brief description of what happened. Then Poshmark will create a formal complaint and issue you a Free shipping label.

draeger260 @dianaebers30 I've noticed the Poshmark Team will typically send an email notification to you just to show that they've received your inquiry. They take about 24 hours to respond or create a case. I have gone in and requested a case as well to be made for you. I am hoping to receive a response by COB Friday.

draeger260 @dianaebers30 You should be receiving an email from Poshmark shortly. Which will provide a new shipping label. You'll just have to print it out and tape it on top, then drop it off at a post office. You'll be getting your refund as a return, and if you are still interested in purchasing your original item, we will have to repeat the process of purchase. I apologize for all the craziness.
