share123 @dianamarie898 Hi Diana - Poshmark states that all sales are final. However, that's not entirely the case. You can't return an item because it doesn't fit or you decide you no longer want it. You can return if the item is not as described in the listing, or if you get the wrong item. You would need to "open a case" within 3 days of receiving the item. PM works really hard to make sure buyers and sellers alike are happy with their transactions.
