Hello love! So that was my first sale on posh and I got so excited I shipped the wrong shoes :( I am so incredibly sorry! I couldn’t figure out how to communicate in the report. If you are still interested in the Ugg’s, I will happily sell them at a discounted price for my mistake. Best wishes and happy holidays! Again I am terribly sorry! For some reason I couldn’t read the complaint until the refund was approved. I haven’t quite figured posh out😬
