@duchessdesigns4 hi! are you available to answer a question? having an issue trying to return misrepresented merchandise. now seller pressiring me to close case and just return items. but my understanding is that poshmark has to be part of process to ensure money not released to seller. want to be sure i do right thing. this is first negative experience... ty for helping clarify since not a business day for company.

Christy, thank you for your kind words and advice. I'm in an unintentional battle. Just wanted to return a couple things that weren't represented correctly. It's turned into a huge deal. I'm waiting on Poshmark to decide the case. Hopefully, things will be resolved soon. This seller is doing his best to smear my name in PM community. But I trust my actions speak louder than his words. I appreciate you.

@christy_hardy hi christy! doing well. my request for refund was accepted thankfully. what an emotional ordeal! finally had to report seller to poshmark for harrassment. they were very helpful throughout the process. thankful for them and for your help as well.
