Hello! I wanted to touch base about those Express boots. They were dropped at the post office on the day marked on the sale. I have no idea what happened at the post office- I’ve never had this happen! How can I make this better? Is there anything else in my closet similar in price that you’d like? Or would you just like to cancel? I understand either way & my apologies again. 🙏💙☺️🌻
