dianagarza937 @mystyleculture I need a lot of help . I been writing to customer service but they never helped me . I actually have two accounts. The first has no app and I can’t figure out how to get one . When I got got app it gave me a different name it been such a headache and a mess . I feel totally alone as no one replies to and please for help. I got tired asking for help

chicfindsdaily @dianagarza937 I’m sorry to hear that. Usually Poshmark is really good about responding. If I understand correctly, you have two accounts? Did you want two accounts? Does the account we are talking on work ok for you? If so, maybe just continue to use this account?

dianagarza937 @mystyleculture well I had no choice but to start listing on this since I been totally ignored by Poshmark . No one got back to me and repeatedly asked for help for over a week . I just get messages some one will reach out to me but no one ever did . In my other account I have already listed my items I spend three days 12 hours per day listing but I can’t respond to likes and offer them a discount and i couldn’t join the posh party . Since when it says go to app it takes to this other account!

chicfindsdaily @dianagarza937 can you get into the original account using the web version vs. the app? You could respond to offers, etc, that way. Have you tried signing out of this account on the app and signing in with the other account? I don’t know how or if it’s possible to merge both accounts into one. That is definitely a PM question.

chicfindsdaily I’d was looking at you mr closet and recommend adding measurements to your listings. Here are some areas where I do lay flat measurements: Tops: Pit to Pit Length Pants Waist Rise Inseam Leg opening You may also want to take advantage of using a background remover, which removes the background in your photos. PhotoRoom is an app that is free. Share, share, share your closet.

chicfindsdaily @dianagarza937 go to your closet. Then I’m the right hand corner there are 2 arrows on top of each other. Click on that and then it will focus you to share to a party and/or your followers. Click on those and it will share.

chicfindsdaily @dianagarza937 you need to share your closet, follow others. If you don’t, you will see no sales. This is a social platform and doing those thing will result in sales.
