Hi Diane! Not sure how to give you a refund. I would be happy to. Honest to goodness did not see any rip or tear, but it was a skirt that had been in storage for a while. I am a teacher and I’m not there to cheat anyone out of their hard earned money! Please let me know how to figure this out, and I’ll be delighted to. Thank you and my apologies.
