ses008 I apologize Loft dress was not in a condition you expected. If you would like to return it I will refund you. It has only been washed 3 times (delicate cycle) It was only laid flat to dry. I ironed hem each time. I have this issue Loft clothing. I am 5’-1”; dress fell 2” above my knees. Fit me now the same way it did in the store when I bought it. I would not intentionally sell something ruined. I’m sorry you were not satisfied and again if you would like to return it tI will pay for shipping.

emlauren_09 Hi Diane, as I was getting your item ready to ship I noticed a spot on the sleeve, it looks like the color is missing a bit :( I don't know how it happened and I apologize! I cancelled the order because of that. I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to edit the listing, but if you are still interested I will post pictures of it and give you a much discounted price. I personally would still wear it but obviously understand if you wouldn't want it! again, I'm so sorry!
