aphrodite747 Hi, I have been watching the shipment of the boots you purchased from me. They got sent to the Spencerport NY PO by mistake and have been sitting there since June 1st. I called the USPS this morning and opened a case to get the package moved to the correct post office. Case # CA133375068. I had this once happen to me, and I went to the PO with the package and was able to get it - just in case you want to try. I've also reported this to PM. I am so sorry for the delay. 😕

aphrodite747 After talking with the Post Office in Rochester NY directly (I spoke with a gentleman named Nick) they were going to get the package from Spencerport and deliver it the next day. I talked with Nick late yesterday. And when I got home, the boots had been sent back to me. 😔 I just emailed Posh Mark to see if I can get another label to mail them again. I am so so sorry. I'm doing my best to get this straightened out.

loveandluon @fitzha No need for forgiveness! People hit buy and it reserves for up to 10 minutes I think they keep rereserving it so no one can buy it though. It usually last 10 minutes. Anything over 30 is a bit excessive. It's not your fault at all.
