meraki_boutik Hi Diane, As opposed to giving me 1 star for "not receiving the dress" I would encourage you to reach out to me so that we can figure this out. This is an issue with USPS, not me as a seller; to ice me 1 star doesn't seem fair. The order says delivered, so I'm not sure why you didn't receive it. I will contact Poshmark right away to let them know what's going on...hopefully the dress isn't lost as we would both be out money.

meraki_boutik I checked the tracking information and it says it was delivered to your address at 1:52 pm on January 10th. I've reached out to Poshmark about this...I'm not sure what's going on. I would really appreciate a response as soon as you have the time! Thanks so much! - Vanessa

griffinshop @lotusdesigns I want to contact you but I had to rate item first to send a comment.I will wait for Poshmart to send me tracking #.I was sad not too receive the dress because I had an event last weekend that I was looking forward to wearing it.I went out of town on Dec 27 and returned on Jan11th.I had trusty neighbor get my mail and no sign of dress.:(

meraki_boutik @griffinshop Sorry, I was still typing and hit send accidentally...oopsie! I am not sure what happened with the dress, but I will make sure it's figured out. 😘 Again, USPS website says it was delivered on Jan. 10th at 1:52 pm. I just don't understand why you would rate me 1 star for something that's totally out of my control? I work so very hard to keep my Posh ladies happy, I've never had anything like this happen. 😔

amethystlotus @griffinshop I have reached out to Poshmark customer service regarding this issue, and they have asked me to have you contact them directly about a refund. I’m very sorry the jeans don’t fit, but that’s not a reason to rate me down when I provided all the measurements in the listing.

amethystlotus @gusandlucy Poshmark will reimburse you if the package is truly lost by the post office. I know, because it just happened to me. On Poshmark, ratings are supposed to be for quality of the item and customer service. If there was nothing wrong with the jeans other than fit when measurements were provided that is not a reason to rate someone down, nor is a postal delivery error. It’s not fair to the seller when it’s out of their control. 🦋

meraki_boutik @lotusdesigns I trust Poshmark will do the right thing here. I don't think people realize how hard we work, or how important our 5 star rating is to us. It means nothing to them...really, really upsetting. The fact that your jeans didn't fit - and measurements were listed - is in no way a reason to rate poorly, nor is the USPS losing something.

julisdiamonds Hey Diane, I completely missed your comment about the glasses. I'm really sorry they broke. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done once you hit "accept" on an order. That finalizes the sale. If you ever have another problem, you should open a case so you can return the faulty item and get a refund. Again so sorry I missed your comment.
