gotogail Good morning Diane- I reached out to Poshmark for you but the change of your address has to be done by you. Your new jeans are sitting in my office and can not be mailed to you until you change your address with Poshmark. Please notify me when you do that and I will request a new, correct address shipping label and take your jeans to the post office. Thank you- Gail

gotogail Hi Diane- I printed out a new label this afternoon and it was the same old address. I changed the address by hand but the post office would not allow me to mail it because the tracking bar code would take it to your old house. They have no ability to fix that so I offered to pay myself to mail it to you. They wanted to charge me over $13.00 so I did not mail the package. I will reach out to Poshmark again and if you also would that would be great.

gotogail Hi Diane- After five days I have gotten no support from Poshmark. Every time I asked to print a new label to ship your blue jeans they sent me the old address again. I have decided to cancel the order today so you will not get charged. Later this afternoon I will post a new listing with the same pants since they will not remove Sold signs in listings. At that time should you wish to still have the pants you could buy them which would initiate a brand new label with the correct address. - Gail
