Hi Diane,
I'm sorry you're disappointed with your order from me. I did ship out the order the next business day. With the Vetran's Day Holiday and the USPS slow downs through the pandemic, I'm sorry your order didn't arrive as fast as you wanted. Unfortunately, that was out of my hands once I gave the package over to USPS. I did respond to all the comments you left on my other postings to bring this to my awareness the same day. Is there anything I could have done differently to get 5 stars?

@stacysnyderla well yeah a full refund. since it has bite marks on the skirt. and nowhere did you said it had dog bite marks
