doriori hi there. I wanted to know if the dimension of the jewel wreath was correct at 30". I see that it's resting on a plate stand so I thought it may possibly be smaller. I am looking for a much smaller wreath, maybe 20" tops. thank you. dorenda

jessyjean021188 Hi. I just wanted to reach out to let you know my package says delivered Saturday but I still have not received it, I live in a locked building and the front office does not have it. I work all day tomorrow but Wednesday I can go to the post office and see if maybe they have it or knows where it is. I will keep you updated!!

fitnessis Hi there, I checked the tracking for your product. The package was delivered to your address May 16. Please check with your building management. I sure hope it is there with no issues. I do know due to COVID 19 the mail has been slower making deliveries. I expedited it and it was at the post office the morning after your purchase. Hoping it is there for you. Diane Thurman

fitnessis @jessyjean021188 Gee’s I am sorry. I had several things mailed that day. All others have received their items. Is it generally put in your mail box or dropped off at your door? Do you have the tracking number? So sorry about this.?I sure hope the post office has it. I have never had this happen. When I checked the tracking it says it was delivered at the address on label the 16th. Is your address correct in Poshmark?

jessyjean021188 @fitnessis since I live in a locked building you have to have a key to get in. So any delivery people have to be buzzed into the building by the front office and all packages get locked in that management office. Then I get a phone call, voicemail, text message, and email all linked until one from the office saying a package has been delivered to come downstairs and pick it up.

jessyjean021188 @fitnessis The odd thing is is that I bought some jewelry from another Poshmark seller and it also says my items were delivered Saturday and they never were. So clearly something happened to the packages that were delivered Saturday. My management office never got them I never got them but I will go to the post office tomorrow and look for my packages.

I still don’t know where my other package is that was delivered on Saturday but I got my jewelry! And since this one is a gift it was the important package to find!! Thank you so much sorry for the headache it all looks beautiful!!!

jessyjean021188 @fitnessis so the post office told me apparently their worker Saturday scanned every package Saturday as delivered... must have been a new worker... but they did have my package! It looks like poshmark refunded me, I’m so sorry for all of this... how do I repay you since I was refunded? The jewelry is beautiful!!
