summerinmontana I am sorry your one brand new jacket lost it tag but Poshmark just gave you all your money back for the full order. Can you kindly please mail back the full order? I can send you a label.

nstargroup @elysiasmith7 Elysia, I'm sorry Poshmark screwed this order up. I only returned the one pair of jeans we had discussed. You sent me your address and I returned the jeans right away. Postage cost me $13. I was happy with everything else!

nstargroup This was my first Poshmark order. I didn't hear from Poshmark until the next day, after I had already returned the jeans. They sent a mailing label which I didn't use. It was never my intention to return everything, but only to have the price of the jeans refunded. The customer service agents don't seem to understand. I don't see the comments from our original conversation?

nstargroup I think the jeans were $30? Let me know what I can do to get the payment corrected. I sent a copy of the USPS receipt to customer service (2x). I don't know why I was connected to you before customer service. I clicked on the link in the Poshmark email which said "report a problem". They later sent me an email that said their email system was being "upgraded".
