susu67 Diane, I regret your disappointment in the bag. I prefer that you open a case with Poshmark. They will probably refund your funds without making you return the bag. Then you can clean or donate the bag. Because of the way PM works, I netted $3.25 on the sale, certainly not worth an unhappy buyer. I consistently have high ratings, but I failed in your case. I am so sorry.
