kimmijo1 noticed you lowered price of a ring today, been trying to get ahold of you for days without response, spoke to you last week said ring would be shipped Friday, realize you were in an accident was very patient tried multiple times to just at least see if the ring was shipped without any response so I was forced to cancel my order, hugely disappointed was so looking forward to this ring, very disappointed in your lack of communication.
