kristig85 The pictures were very clear of how the item looked. Not sure if you are familiar with the consuela jelly fabric but it has marks all over it because it’s in the fabric and is how it’s made. If you weren’t happy with the item you could have sent it back and received a refund. That is a discontinued bag and is worth much more than u paid. Thanks for your business!
