pawsprints @simmonsca Hi, I am a little confused with the shipping. In the how to sell section of Poshmark it states priority shipping, flat rate. When I list an item the amount, I don’t believe is showing priority flat rate. Can you help with that? Thank you!

simmonsca @pawsprints so I use the regular priority shipping boxes that are free from the Postal Service. I know there is a flat rate up to a certain weight for 7.99$. That info is in the sellers tool section that you were reading earlier. If you have an item that's over the standard shipping weight then you have to go back in and reprint a new label if it weighed more than the minimum for the flat rate shipping of 7.99$.

simmonsca So for example I just mailed out to pair of boys jeans the shipping was 7.99 flat rate no matter if it was one pair or two because I was within the weight limit for the priority shipping. I hope I answered your question if not reach out to Poshmark in an email and they are very helpful and will respond.

simmonsca when you list it the shipping doesn't show because it's already part of the sites system. so if someone likes an item of yours and you wanted to offer a discount it will show the shipping at that time cuz you can offer discount shipping along with 10% or more off

pawsprints @simmonsca ok Thank you so much. I will go to the post office tomorrow. I think I have the wrong boxes? Some say flat rate and the others say priority. So hoping that is my mistake. I am new to this... obviously,and I really appreciate your help. Have a great night!

simmonsca @pawsprints where I am at in Florida I just walk into the post office and the box is already there they say United States Postal Service priority mail I use the large flat rate box is says one rate any weight there are also medium flat rate boxes they're priority mailboxes and swell. You can ask the people in the Postal Service mine are very helpful here
