esfine Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I wore the Longchamp gold-tone, coated canvas tote for the first time. I was at the airport and it started cracking and chipping. It kept getting worse, to the point where it wasn't wearable. I had to buy a new tote at the airport and discard the Longchamp. I realize that you did not know that this tote was on its last legs, but I was still wondering if you could give me a partial credit. Thank you.
